We have an holiday home in Riva del Garda (TN), that is a tourist small city of about 15.000 inhabitants on the north side of the biggest Italian lake (Garda).
The place is very famous in Europe for wind surfing activities due to the seasonal (from Easter period to September) breezes that blow from the lake in the afternoon and from the land in the morning.

From Riva you can very easily drive to the most important cities of the Northern of Italy (Verona, Milano, Mantova, Trento, Padova, Venezia, Vicenza, ...) and to the Alps mountains skiing resorts like Madonna di Campiglio, Monte Bondone and Brentonico.
Riva is then not only a typical Summer holiday resort with many beautiful beaches, but also a Winter attraction place, because of its mild climate and the possibility to easily reach the skiing resorts on the mountains.

Our apartment is very pleasant, in a small elegant historical building completely renovated ; it's located 200 mt far from the lake's beaches and from downtown too (Riva is really a small nice city).

a bathroom and a small balcony on the rear side ; in the apartment there are the typical furniture (washing machine, microwave and electric oven, 2TV, VCR, …), but there aren’t fixed telephone and dishwasher.

In the garden there is a covered reserved place for a car (you can park up to two cars).
